Diagnosing engine bar with reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent and fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
18854 Possible Causes:
18854 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18854 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
