Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next fuel level sensor 2, circuit high voltage is the final reason of the code. |
18840 Possible Causes:
18840 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 18840 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'h' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
