This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle actuator control module, internal circuit also reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault.
