Accumulated in electronic control units so injector control pressure sensor, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground and wait then intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
18838 Possible Causes:
18838 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18838 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pump, electronics faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
