This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake data-bus powertrain, implausible message from engine controller also turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
18837 Possible Causes:
18837 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18837 Code
- Inspect all the connections voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
