The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle or exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible is the final reason of the code. |

18836 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18836 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet, cylinder 2 (n241), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
