Staring in engine low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel pump "b", low flow / performance or coolant fan control module 2, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
18834 Possible Causes:
18834 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 18834 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
