Staring in engine shift up/down wire, open / short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 2 you can see the secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
18822 Possible Causes:
18822 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
