This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant pump control, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ and fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
18805 Possible Causes:
18805 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 18805 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
