This code were stamped on VW Engine case vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . So for next diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
18802 Possible Causes:
18802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18802 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
