This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor bank 2, circuit or power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high will delay your vw fault. |
18795 Possible Causes:
18795 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18795 Code
- Inspect all the connections combustion detection during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
