Staring in engine secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start shift lock, malfunction or 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

18774 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18774 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
