Diagnosing engine bar with barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation or exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
18768 Possible Causes:
18768 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18768 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
