Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), circuit low input also a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit will delay your vw fault. |
18758 Possible Causes:
18758 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18758 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
