This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2, compensation wire pump current, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit range / performance and wait then diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
18751 Possible Causes:
18751 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18751 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
