When you open pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground and power supply terminal 30, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
18734 Possible Causes:
18734 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18734 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
