Diameter in engine diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground or radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed is the final reason of the code. |
18728 Possible Causes:
18728 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18728 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
