Staring in engine torque management feedback signal "a" to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle actuator control system, forced limited power and throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |
18710 Possible Causes:
18710 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18710 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
