Staring in engine cylinder 10 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance also exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration is the final reason of the code. |
18710 Possible Causes:
18710 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18710 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
