18699 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control unit error programming error it can suddenly lead to a significantly more relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses you can see the fuel supply heater, control circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
18699 Possible Causes:
18699 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18699 Code
- Inspect all the connections brake pressure switch (f270), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
