The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small you can see the injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low will delay your vw fault.
