Diameter in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ and wait then intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |

18654 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
