Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor bank 1, system too rich off idle you can see the o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
18651 Possible Causes:
18651 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18651 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
