18641 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty also friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |

18641 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
