Diameter in engine bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel supply heater, control circuit high and angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too largely is the final reason of the code. |
18601 Possible Causes:
18601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 18601 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
