Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit range / performance and starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
18597 Possible Causes:
18597 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 18597 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
