This code were stamped on VW Engine case coolant degassing valve, control circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit or signal for back-up lights, open is the final reason of the code. |
18592 Possible Causes:
18592 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18592 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
