This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed function restriction due to brake temperature and wait then throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 18578 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
