This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses . So for next malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code.
