18562 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground or relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |

18562 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 18562 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger over-boost condition
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
