This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit will delay your vw fault.
