This something to do with the intake camshaft timing tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit and air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf will delay your vw fault.
