18506 Description And Summary :

When you open exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low and wait then diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high will delay your vw fault.

18506 Possible Causes:

18506 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

What To Check After Fixing 18506 Code

  • Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
