Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, no activity run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed or change reductant temperature sensor, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
185 Possible Causes:
185 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 185 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'h' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
