The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2) you can see the reductant injection air pump control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

18460 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 18460 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
