18458 Possible Causes:
18458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18458 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of clutch ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
