Staring in engine evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit or intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
18455 Possible Causes:
18455 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18455 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
