Diameter in engine ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles please check dtc memory of engine ecu or change o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
18446 Possible Causes:
18446 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 18446 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
