Diameter in engine valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low or o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
18434 Possible Causes:
18434 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 18434 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pump "b" control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
