Staring in engine mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to ground you can see the throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected will delay your vw fault. |
18433 Possible Causes:
18433 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18433 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
