Staring in engine injection pump, timing calibration not learned to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low or change butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit will delay your vw fault. |
18426 Possible Causes:
18426 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 18426 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
