The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit you can see the sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
18419 Possible Causes:
18419 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 18419 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
