When you open bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance and wait then ignition coil 'l' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
18409 Possible Causes:
18409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18409 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too lean off idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
