Diameter in engine oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
18407 Possible Causes:
18407 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 18407 Code
- Inspect all the connections sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
