Staring in engine data bus powertrain, missing message from steering angle sensor It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground you can see the starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
18383 Possible Causes:
18383 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18383 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
