18382 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault databus engine-engine, implausible message to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control module defective and turbocharger 2 control module (j725), high temperature is the final reason of the code. |
18382 Possible Causes:
18382 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 18382 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
