The problem is about accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'j' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
18374 Possible Causes:
18374 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18374 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
