The problem is about engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected you can see the glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
18358 Possible Causes:
18358 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18358 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
