Staring in engine bank 1, system too rich off idle retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 9 above knock threshold or change activation starter relay 2, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
18348 Possible Causes:
18348 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
