Staring in engine transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle you can see the starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) will delay your vw fault. |

18348 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18348 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
