18336 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control, upper stop not reached to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so nox sensor bank 2, circuit high or change actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
18336 Possible Causes:
18336 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18336 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
