This code were stamped on VW Engine case intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open or change secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
18319 Possible Causes:
18319 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18319 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
