Staring in engine bank 1, system too lean off idle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction you can see the data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer is the final reason of the code. |
18303 Possible Causes:
18303 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18303 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
